Paul Spearim & his nephew
Paul Spearim Winanga-li Gii (to know the heart) is a versatile, dynamic, and professional presenter and performer, as well as a doting grandfather and author.
He is experienced in delivering culturally appropriate sessions in early-childhood settings.
A member of the Gamilaraay Nation, of north-west New South Wales & southern Queensland, Paul gained much of his early traditional knowledge from his mother, father, and extended Gamilaraay family.
Paul's father was a fully initiated elder of the Gamilaraay Nation. Paul's father's second language was English; his first being his native indigenous dialect. Paul is in the incredibly privileged and unique position of having also learnt his father's native tongue. He is now passing this priceless cultural heritage on to his extended family, and Paul shares his knowledge of indigenous language in his KINDIgenous sessions.
